Objectives
The goal was to create a decorative design element influenced by Norse heritage and visual traditions, something that would signal craftsmanship, cultural depth and quality. The design needed to enhance the ceremonial feel of the meal without overpowering it.
The design was crafted to highlight richness through intricate details that reflect tradition, offering a handcrafted and premium overall expression. Drawing inspiration from Norse heritage and aesthetics, as well as patterns found in the western Norwegian bunads (traditional costumes).

Solutions
The result is a design subtle enough to harmonize with traditional meals, yet distinct enough to make a lasting impression.
