For the launch of the Buddy sX1 e-bike, I designed a series of family logos for the X-series and contributed to product graphics that supported and enhanced the physical bike design.

Objectives
The goal was to integrate safety features into the visual language of the bike, without compromising aesthetics.
Traditional reflective materials often disrupt the design, appearing bulky or overly technical. The challenge was to develop a subtle but effective way to improve visibility, while staying true to the clean, urban look of the bike.
Solution
The result was an innovative and discreet take on a conventional safety element. A tone-in-tone reflective triangle was integrated into the back frame of the bike, remaining nearly invisible in daylight but lighting up under headlights or direct light sources.
This approach preserved the overall design integrity while significantly enhancing rider safety, blending function and form in a seamless way.
